Are utilities included? Which ones? And are there charges if I go over my allotted amount?

Yes, utilities are included with your monthly rent (with no overage charge). 

This is included in your monthly rent:

What size apartments do you rent?

We have 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments available for lease.

Is there a security deposit or application fee?

No.

Aside from the separate pet deposit (see below), we do not have any security deposits or application fees.

Can I pay my rent online?

Yes, after moving in you can pay your rent online in one large payment or monthly by logging into our resident portal.

Do I have my own lease or am I on a lease with my roommates?

Each resident is completely indepenednt, with their own lease.

Do I have to move apartments each year?

No! You may renew your lease at the renewal rate and keep your same bedspace.

If you want to move however, you are welcome to switch things up and try a different size apartment, but you will have to move out of your current unit and move back in on move in day.

When can I access the fitness center or game room?

You can access all of our amentities anytime you like. We have 24/7 entry for all the amenities by resident keycard/app.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, we are a pet friendly complex!

There is a $300 nonrefundable fee and a $25 monthly fee following that. We do have a two pets per apartment rule and dogs must be under 25 pounds. Breed rstrictions may apply.        

How can I get around if I don't have a car?

We offer a complimentary shuttle that runs from Magnolia to GCSU and GMC.

How often does the shuttle run?

The shuttle runs on a continuous loop every Monday-Friday, leaving from Magnolia Park, making two stops at GCSU, then swinging around to GMC, and finally back to Magnolia Park.

How do I learn about events and other fun things that are happening?

Follow us on Instagram to hear about upcoming events! We will also notify our residents through their building GroupMe.

Can I choose my roommate or will I get paired with someone I don't know?

You have the option to request preferred roommates or you can request random roommates!

We give every new resident a resident questionnaire to fill out and we then work our hardest to find the best possible and the best suited, future roommate for you.

What type of security measures do you have?

Magnolia Park is a gated community with cameras throughout. We also have an onsite courtesy police officer. 

In addition, all of our amenities are resident access only via keycard/app and each bedroom in the apartments has an individual lock.  

Is there a curfew?

There is no curfew however, we do ask that residents abide by the quiet hours. It is 10pm during the week and 11pm on weekends.

I know you have a computer lab, but what if I need to print something?

The computer lab is available with complimentary printing in black and white!
